DISH releases the Super Joey which gives customers two extra tuners that allows viewers to record two more shows than before bringing the total to eight. One Super Joey is allowed on an account with a Hopper with Sling. Currently, customers with a Hopper with Sling are able to upgrade to the Super Joey for free. The upgrade will allow customers who can currently record up to six shows (when using PrimeTime Anytime – a feature that records three prime time shows on just one tuner) to being able to record up to eight shows at once – all simply with the Super Joey. With the Super Joey, your entire family can record their favorite shows at the same time – say good-bye to having to set priority settings on your DVR or making sure your favorite shows aren’t on at the same time!
